Technology executive / Operator / San Francisco
Technology should amplify intelligence, not complexity.
I have spent the last fifteen years building the technology backbone underneath companies in motion. Most recently as Global CIO at Monks, where I led IT through the company's growth from one hundred to over eleven thousand employees across thirty-four acquisitions.
My focus is enterprise systems, revenue operations, and the integration work that turns acquired companies into a single operating engine.
I work in the AI era as a hands-on operator and early adopter. I deploy AI-first systems in production, redesign workflows around agentic AI, and build with the current generation of frontier tools, Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's models, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) that increasingly stitches them into the enterprise stack. The interesting work right now is not adding AI to existing software. It is rebuilding how companies operate now that the software itself can think.
